It costs 1295:- per motorhome and means that in the following cases you can cancel up to the day before the agreed rental period. You will then only be charged a handling fee of € 1995 per motorhome. The cancellation cover applies in the following cases, which must not have been known when you booked: death, illness or accident of a serious nature, affecting yourself, spouse/cohabitant, family or fellow traveller, call-up to the armed forces or civil defence, there is some other serious event beyond your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to stand by your booking, e.g. extensive fire or flooding in your home. You must be able to provide proof of your cancellation with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate should be sent to us as soon as possible, preferably within one week of the cancellation date.
1. General
The cancellation cover is an additional service offered by Bilparken Rental AB. The service allows you to cancel your booking without having to pay the full rental price, in accordance with the conditions set out below. By purchasing the cancellation protection, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Price
The cost of cancellation cover is 1295:- and will be charged at the time of booking.
3. validity
The cancellation cover is valid from the moment of purchase until the start date of the booking. It is not possible to add cancellation cover afterwards.
4. Cancellation with cancellation protection
With the cancellation protection, you have the right to cancel your booking until 24 hours before the scheduled collection of the motorhome. In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, the rental will be refunded, with the exception of the cost of the cancellation insurance and a handling fee of 1995:-
5. cancellation without cancellation protection
In case of cancellation without cancellation protection, our regular cancellation rules apply, as stated in our rental conditions.
6. exception
Cancellation cover does not apply if:
- The cancellation takes place after the specified deadline.
- the customer does not collect the motorhome at the agreed time (so-called "no-show")
7. right of cancellation
Cancellation protection is not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, as it is a service with a specific start date.

9. Changes to Terms
