If the car is returned without refueling, SEK 500 + estimated refueling cost will be charged
If the toilet tank and toilet seat are not emptied and cleaned, SEK 3,000 will be charged.

2.0 Insurance and deductibles

    • Salvage – SEK 10,000

2.1 CANCELLATION PROTECTION
You can protect yourself against cancellation costs by purchasing cancellation protection. It costs SEK 1,295 per mobile home and means that in the following cases you can cancel up to the day before the agreed rental period. You will then only be charged an expedition fee of SEK 1,995 per mobile home. The cancellation protection applies in the following cases, which must not have been known when you booked: death, illness or accident of a serious nature, affecting yourself, spouse/partner, family or fellow traveller, call-up to the armed forces or civil defense, any other serious event occurs beyond your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to stand by your booking, for example extensive fire or flooding in your home. You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate should be sent to us as soon as possible, preferably within a week of the cancellation date.

2.2 Electric scooter Navee v25 The electric scooter is rented together with a charger and can be charged in the motorhome provided that the motorhome is parked at a campsite or pitch with power connected. Use of the electric scooter is only permitted for people over 15 years of age. Any damage that occurs to the electric scooter is charged to the renter, and the deductible in the event of damage is SEK 1,500. Read more about the scooter here

2.3 RENTAL TERMS WHEN RENTING A MOTORHOME
A booking fee of SEK 190 and a deposit of SEK 5,000 are paid in connection with booking the mobile home. The entire deposit of SEK 5,000 is returned upon return if the car is undamaged, cleaned with emptied water/waste tanks and filled fuel tank. If cancellation occurs later than 30 days before collection, the rental amount is not refunded, only the deposit. At other times, a cancellation fee of SEK 1,000 is charged. Cancellation protection can be taken out when booking at a cost of SEK 1,295. Read more about cancellation protection here. The lessor is responsible for ensuring that the car is insured. The lessee is responsible for having valid home insurance for personal items taken in the mobile home. The mobile home is a trailer insured with a deductible of SEK 10,000 per damage. Damage that amounts to less than the deductible/deposit is charged with actual cost. If the lessee causes damage to someone else's property, he must also pay a traffic excess. (SEK 5,000:-) Internal damage to the motorhome that is not covered by the vehicle damage insurance and is charged to the renter. Smoking is not allowed in the mobile home!

2.4 Gas grill Primus Kuchoma When you rent our motorhome, you can also rent a gas-powered grill from Primus. This grill is extremely good and reliable. LPG is included (1 tube), and more tubes can be bought for SEK 70 per tube. The grill must be returned intact, washed and in good condition. If the grill is not properly cleaned upon return, we charge a cost of SEK 500 for cleaning.

2.5 Gas-fired Pizza oven Ooni Koda When you rent our motorhome, you can also rent our pizza oven, perfect for creating authentic and delicious pizzas right on the spot. No gas tubes are included with the pizza oven, but it can be connected to the camper's gas tube. The pizza oven must be returned intact, washed and in good condition. If the pizza oven is not properly cleaned upon return, we charge a cost of SEK 500 for cleaning.

3.0 Toilet and cleaning ATTENTION! The toilet must always be emptied and cleaned by the hirer, this is not included NOT in interior cleaning. Exterior washing of the mobile home is included in the price. The lessee must inspect the rented object both inside and out upon collection and approve this. The same is done upon return together with the person in charge of the rental. If the toilet has been used, it must be emptied and cleaned, otherwise a cost of SEK 3,000 will be charged Waste water and fresh water must be emptied before return. 4.0 Use of the vehicle
A copy of this rental agreement must, during the rental period, be kept in the vehicle and on request presented to a police officer, customs officer or other person representing the lessor's (UH) interests. The vehicle may be used for normal use within Sweden by the lessee (HT). If another person is to drive the vehicle, special written consent from UH is required. HT is responsible for ensuring that the person driving the vehicle is authorized to drive the vehicle. If HT wishes to use the vehicle outside of Sweden, this must only take place after UH's written approval. HT is aware that his right to dispose of the vehicle according to the rental agreement ends immediately if he tries to take the car out of Sweden without UH's written permission. This means that Police/Customs or others who act in UH's interest have the right to dispose of and detain the vehicle. HT is responsible for all costs that UH may suffer if HT or its deputy illegally took the vehicle outside of Sweden or countries, which UH has not approved in writing. HT may not rent out the vehicle to others. Transport with the vehicle of people or goods against compensation is not permitted. The vehicle may not be used to provide starting assistance, tow, push or otherwise move another vehicle. It is not permitted to use the vehicle in motor competitions. (UH= the lessor HT=The lessee)

4.1 Rent and delay in payment
The rent for the vehicle is stated on the first page of this agreement. HT is responsible for paying the rent. In cases where the rental cost is to be paid by someone other than HT, e.g. a legal entity is invoiced, HT is still jointly and severally responsible through its signature for paying all costs attributable to the rent. UH has the right to request a deposit amount or an advance on the rent. UH has the right to post-debit HT for costs related to the rent. The rent does not include costs for consumable liquids such as oil, washer fluid and fuel. When invoicing, UH has the right to charge an invoicing fee of SEK 250: - incl. VAT. If HT does not pay the rent on the due date, late payment interest will be charged, at an interest rate that corresponds to the Riksbank's reference rate applicable at any time plus (5%) percentage points and, where applicable, a reminder fee of SEK 600: - incl. VAT. (UH= LESSOR AND HT= LESSEE)

4.2 Delayed or non-delivery
UH must provide the vehicle at the agreed time. If UH cannot fulfill this, HT is entitled to a reduction of the rent corresponding to the delay or, if the delay is of significant importance to him, to cancel the agreement HT does not have the right to cancel the agreement if UH immediately and without noticeable inconvenience to HT offers another acceptable vehicle. UH is released from liability for compensation if he can show that the delay is due to circumstances beyond his control which he could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated when the agreement was entered into and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided/overcome. Compensation is not paid for loss in business or consequential damages.

4.3 Vehicle maintenance
HT is responsible for the vehicle being well looked after and must ensure that it is maintained in a functional and legal condition. Oil, cooling water and ring pressure must follow the recommendations specified in the instruction manual and the correct fuel for the vehicle. UH has the right to charge HT or designated payer for all costs attributable to handling errors. If the monthly rental vehicle is used for a longer mileage than 500 miles, HT must ensure that prescribed service inspections are carried out at a workshop designated by UH and that a stamp is entered in the service book. Upon request, UH must be able to inform about when the service inspection will take place. The cost of the service inspection is reimbursed by UH. In the event that the vehicle is not serviced according to UH rules, HT is charged SEK 50 per mile that exceeds the service interval according to the vehicle's instruction manual. UH has the right to inspect the vehicle during the rental period, if he has reasonable grounds to assume that ownership is at risk or that there is a significant risk of a decrease in value, beyond what follows from normal use. It is not permitted to smoke or transport animals in the car, in case of violation a fee is charged for cleaning the vehicle. The vehicle must not be overloaded, driven off-road or on an unplowed road or in another place where there is a risk of damage to the vehicle. HT must park the vehicle in a safe place against vandalism.

4.4 Actions in case of failure, damage or theft
HT must immediately notify UH of faults or damage to the vehicle and of theft during the rental period. HT must observe and follow the vehicle's warning system. After such notification, UH must notify HT of the measures to be taken. In case of insurance, HT must report the claim to UH. It is the responsibility of HT to make a police report in the event of theft of a vehicle or keys and in the event of damage to the vehicle caused by an unknown person in the place where the theft/damage occurred and send a copy of the report to UH. In the event of failure to fulfill the above, HT is liable to UH for any resulting damage.

5.0 UH's responsibility in the event of downtime or damage
UH is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in operable and legal condition. Occurs during the rental period due to the vehicle's condition is faulty or service is down, HT is entitled to a reduction in the rent, or if this is of essential importance to him, HT has the right to cancel the agreement. However, the agreement may not be canceled if UH without unreasonable delay after he has been informed of the fault has the vehicle repaired or provides a replacement vehicle of the same or similar type as the rented one and HT has no particular reason to reject the offer. If downtime occurs due to traffic or carriage damage, which makes continued travel impossible, or if the vehicle is stolen, the contract is canceled after HT has contacted UH and, in the event of theft, also filed a police report.

5.1 HT's responsibility for violations of traffic and parking regulations
HT is responsible towards UH for financial penalties due to violations of road tolls, overloading, toll fees, traffic and parking regulations, which may affect UH as the owner of the vehicle. However, this does not apply if the violation was caused by such defects on the vehicle that HT neither knew nor knew about. If HT does not timely pay any fines, costs or fees attributable to the vehicle rental caused by violations for which he is responsible, but UH as the owner of the vehicle is forced to pay them, UH is entitled, in addition to the fee amount, to charge HT an expedition cost of SEK 500: – incl. VAT for each case. A fee of SEK 500 is also charged for notification to the authority regarding a registered speeding violation.

5.2 HT's responsibility for damage to or loss of the vehicle
HT is responsible for damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period. Exceptions to this apply to damage that can be attributed to normal wear and tear or for which a third party has approved a liability for compensation

HT's responsibility and liability for compensation in case of damage to or loss of the vehicle and when driving outside Sweden without permission from UH.

HT undertakes to read and approve the damage documentation assigned by UH before departure.

5.3 Limitation of damage
It is incumbent on both HT and UH to take reasonable measures to limit their damage. If this is neglected, bear
respectively their share of the cost

5.4 Return
At the end of the rental period, HT must return the vehicle to the place where it was collected or to a place that
has been specifically agreed upon. When returning the vehicle, the vehicle must be left in the same condition as when it was picked up, apart from normal wear and tear. UH and HT shall, if possible, jointly inspect the vehicle to assess its condition. If the vehicle upon return is found neglected or soiled beyond what follows from normal
use, UH is entitled to charge a reasonable cost for restoring the vehicle. The return must take place during UH's normal opening hours, unless otherwise agreed. If HT does not return the vehicle according to the agreement, HT is always obliged to reimburse UH for the costs that were necessary to restore the vehicle to a place where it can be used by UH. HT is also obliged to pay additional rent according to the agreement in the event of late return which cannot be attributed to UH's responsibility point 6. UH may not assert any powers due to delay in return if the failure to return the vehicle or to request that the rental period be extended is due on death, serious illness or other similar circumstance. It is prohibited in the case of criminal liability to use the vehicle outside the rental period.

5.5 UH's right of cancellation, etc UH has the right to cancel the agreement if
a) HT does not fulfill its payment obligations towards UH and does not pay within a reasonable time after that
UH reminded HT of this
b) the vehicle is subjected to abnormal driving or mishandling so that there is a significant risk of a decrease in value
c) HT otherwise disregards provisions in this agreement, the observance of which is of essential importance for UH.
d) HT has a driving license suspension

6.0 Processing of personal data.
HT's (and possibly driver's) personal data is processed in accordance with UH's personal data policy that exists
available on UH's website or made available in another way. [HT undertakes to ensure that drivers are informed about the processing of personal data.] HT who violate the general rental terms and conditions are reported to the industry organization Biluthyrarna Sverige's information list. Affiliated member companies have access to the information list and are advised not to rent vehicles to persons specified in the list. The information list is kept with the permission of the Swedish Data Protection Authority in accordance with the Credit Information Act. 7.0 RENTAL TERMS WHEN RENTING A MOTORHOME 2024-2025
The rent includes:

20 free miles per paying day. In addition, a fee of SEK 30/mile is paid.
1 bottle of LPG / week (max. 2 pcs.)
Chemical liquid for the toilet
Level blocks
Electric cord in two variants
Kitchen equipment for 5-6 pers.
1 pc. tables and number of chairs according to number of belted seats
Parking for your own car is included in the rent.

7.1 The rent does not include:
Bedding (pillows, duvet, sheets)
Towels, grill, etc

7.2 Har tidigare hyrestagare skadat bilen så pass illa att den inte går att använda kommer ersättningsbil att erbjudas. Vi reserverar oss för eventuella förseningar om något sådant skulle hända. Vid fel eller skada på husbilen ska uthyraren underrättas omgående. Vi får då bättre möjlighet att åtgärda felet före nästa hyrestagare. I samband med bokning av husbil kommer kreditupplysning att tas och uthyraren förbehåller sig rätten att tacka nej till bokningen. Hyrestagaren måste ha haft körkort i minst 5 (fem) år. Ingen uthyrning medges till personer under 25 år.
